Local Imports

Through Bill of Lading(TBL)

Importing your goods from a foreign country and need cost and planning convenience? Nominate NICT Through Bill of Lading(TBL):

Copy of TBL from load port, indicating destined clearance to NICT via ICDN, or notification to shipping line(s) to manifest as: “CARGO IN TRANSIT TO NICT“.

Copy the notification to customerservices@nict.co.ke, for ease of tracking and documentation.

For containers already at ICDN/ Mombasa port, endorse an LOI on clients letterhead to process the transfer to NICT.

We offer our clients the 21 free days of storage.

Import Container Service

We have flexible services to facilitate your importation as below:
